Chungdi malai is made with coconut milk, onions, ginger and a range of Indian spices, like bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, cloves, cardamom, cumin, and red chilli powder. It is garnished with chopped coriander leaves and served with some steaming hot basmati rice.
